Get rid of the clutter. Too much clutter in your life can

Get a Massage. This is my favorite!! Try to get a Swedish
massage at least once or twice a month. A massage is more than just being pampered. Studies have shown that massage
can actually cause the body to release a chemical known as serotonin. Serotonin helps decrease anxiety and
depression. Massage can also increase the production of dopamine which is a “feel good” chemical which can help
eliminate tinnitus stress.
Watch your diet: Drink more water and try to cut back on the
colas and sugary drinks. Also make sure that you’re getting an adequate amount of B vitamins in your diet.
Foods rich in vitamin B are: Fish, Cheese, low fat milk, tuna, almonds, blueberries, and low fat
beef.
Dealing with tinnitus is no fun, especially when it causes tinnitus stress. If you
incorporate some form of stress management technique into your life, you might find living with tinnitus more
manageable.
